 I think you can take the IELTS course in OLC to improve those skills. Try to improve your listening and reading because as I can see you are weak at them. The different parts of OLC can also help you, like www.olc.ir/learning

Try also to read the books in the OLC librray, I am sure they can improve your reading ability.
