Open Learning Center's mission is to help people to learn English through internet. OLC tries to help every one in every place to study online.

Behrooz Shalileh founded OLC first in 1979.At the beginning, OLC provided distant learning course in Iran for the first time. Since 2001 OLC has focused on E-learning and online education and in the last 6 years, OLC has had more than 32 000 students from all around the world.

OLC is located in Iran and Iranian language is Persian. Persian language is spoken Afghanistan and Tajikistan too, and many people all around the world are speaking Persian or Farsi. This is the most important reason that helped OLC to be the first and biggest online college for these 3 countries.

OLC tries to plan, design and develop many useful and professional courses for all ages and all people. OLC provides English courses even for 3 year old children and it has many courses for business men and business women in both English and Management categories.

OLC is an international company. When you visit www.olc.ir and you see a Persian page, it's because OLC website focuses mostly on Persian Speaking countries.

OLC has many educational members from all around the world. It always tries to provide better services for its customers and students. Some of our partners are Iranian institutions and organizations, but many of them are international universities or colleges.
